There has been a study to show that postmenopausal women have experienced weight loss after massaging grapefruit essential oil (in combination with other essential oils) on their tummies twice a day for 5 days each week. How you can use grapefruit essential oil:

Internal use: Dilute one drop in four fluid ounces of liquid.
